Born and raised in New Mexico and shaped by years in the Los Angeles tattoo scene, Julie Bolene brings her love of bold artwork and Southwest- inspired style to the Pacific Northwest. Her tattoos draw inspiration from 90’s nostalgia and all things snack-worthy, blending playful designs with classic Americana influences.
